Taribon is a team of five directors and supporting associates from various industries:

John Clark (B. Ind. Eng.)
John joined Taribon as a director after establishing himself as a business improvement specialist and strategist at Telstry, Comalco and CRA.

David Aitken (B. Elec. Eng.)
Dave has held a variety of engineering, general management and business improvement roles before consulting in the mining, manufacturing and education industries. 

Joe Landro (B. Elec. Eng.;M.B.T.)
Joe has delivered sustainable business improvements in different industries and environments.  Drawing on his broad professional background, including engineering, operations, strategic human resources, Joe has designed, directed and implemented many major corporate change strategies.

Justin O'Connell (B.Soc.Sci,; G.M.O.)
Justin worked across the mining, manufacturing and telecommunications industries both strategic human resources and senior operational management roles.  

Alan Moloney (B. Mech. Eng.)
Alan's career has been in the centre of organisational change, leading large operations and maintenance units in both manufacturing and mining businesses.
